Dave started his painting career for Dial Electric as a spray painter.  He then owned and operated Sullivan General Painting which derived it's business not from just residential but also from commercial clients such as the University of Southern Maine, and B&M Baked Beans.  He was highly respected as a painting contractor and did most of his business in the Portland, ME area.

Dave is well versed in the use of equipment Performance Product Painting, Inc., needed to begin its business.  He also worked at ALCO Metal of Massachusetts where he learned a great deal about many ferrous and non-ferrous metals.  His knowledge of paint products, and his relationship with paint suppliers were invaluable in the start-up of PPP, Inc.

As president of Performance Product Painting, Inc, Dave has used his extensive knowledge in the coatings industry to help advance and maintain growth levels and to search out new and profitable ways to help control environmental and safety issues.  You'll meet or speak with either Dave or Paul when you call requesting information or pricing on any job or out-sourcing needs you may have.  His professionalism and friendly demeanor has helped the company with maintaining current business and has progressively created new business for the continued advancement of the company.

Paul was previously employed as a Senior Loan Officer for Bank East Mortgage Corporation.  His responsibilities encompassed staff supervision of the Auburn, ME branch personnel, reporting sales and accounting data to the home office, and loan originations.  Paul also conducted monthly sales training for area real estate brokers regarding loan guidelines and qualifying procedures.  He also has a strong background in the area of sales and management.

Paul primarily handles all major financial activities of the company, along with personnel policies and procedures.  His knowledge of laws and regulations regarding state and local laws along with EPA rulings has kept the company up to date and in complete compliance with all environmental and safety issues.  His experience in dealing with personnel helps maintain a balanced workplace and allows employees to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment in the work they provide.  Paul's knowledge and experience has continued to enhance the company's profit and growth, along with keeping a sense of family loyalty and well-being among fellow workers.
