There are five major types of powder and they are:  Epoxy, Hybrid, Aromatic Urethane, Aliphatic Urethane, and TGIC Polyesters.  Each of these powders has different performance characteristics.  Powder coating has many looks and finishes.  There are smooth finishes, textures, wrinkle coats and hammertones.  Powder coating is a highly durable scratch and chemical resistant finish and also provides excellant corrosion protection.
